All I can say is this right now.

Privateer Press and WhiteMoon Dreams are joining forces to bring Warmachine onto consoles for your enjoyment.

I will keep the forums updated with information as I get it. Thank you for your support.

Looking forward to seeing what you guys put together. Being along time friend of all the guys at Privateer, a fan and an animation student looking to get into game development, I'll be watching this project with some serious attention.

Good luck! I'll be watching your job board closely.

Scott and I had an awesome time getting to know Matt and the Privateer Press guys, and all the fans who talked with us after the announcement, and at the Hardcore tournament. :) Thanks to all of you for being so open to us.

Believe me, we're going to be working _hard_ to make the game you guys want to play!

We'll be paying a lot of attention to these forums and the ones over at Privateer Press and listening hard to what gets said. (good and bad ;) ) We won't always be able to spill everything, but we're really going to try to keep everyone in the loop on what's going on as all this moves forward.

Thanks again for the awesome response so far! We're going to keep on working to earn it.

Thanks to Kevin and Scott for taking time to speak with us during Gen Con last weekend. You have an enormous task ahead of you and the PP fans are behind you all the way.

Hi, a quick question:

Is there a list, or can you whitemoon staff make one, with the features that both Matt and you were talking in the GenCon presentation? It's ok if it's more "we want to make this" that an "this is already done and working" :P

Just so you guys are aware, if you want to get a good look at what people think about the idea of a video game, I strongly suggest doing a search for the term on the PP forums. While a lot of the older topics have been archived, there's been a fairly regular if infrequent stream of topics dedicated to wishing there was a video game. We just have a time-honored tradition of complaining whenever we get what we've been asking for. Or anything we didn't ask for. Or things we'll like later. Pretty much anything period, really.

Storm can you provide a link to the forums so I can gather that information for the staff please. Thank you for pointing this out.

Well the forums themselves are at http://www.privateerpressforums.com/ but to be more helpful, here's (http://www.privateerpressforums.com/index.php?act=Search&CODE=show&searchid=1d6336644e9122ee1ed2d900d37cf256&search_in=posts&result_type=topics&highlite=%2B%2Bcomputer+%2Bgame+%2BWarmachine) a search for 'computer' 'game' and 'Warmachine.' It does have some false positives, but it should offer a good start, and you can pick out relevant threads by title I think.

If you need any other assistance with that sort of thing, let me know.

I recently posted a thread with links to the presentation video I took on Friday during GenCon. I didn't see it in Stormcaller's search link so here it is:
http://www.privateerpressforums.com/index.php?showtopic=185140

It may give you an idea of the first impressions people have of what was shown during the presentation.

Obviously you managed to post a thread about a Warmachine computer game without mentioning any of those terms. ;)

Just heard about this game anouncement from a friend. I've been a fan of Warmachine and it's Iron Kingdoms setting since I bought my first battle box.

Very excited to see what sort of interpretation of this game you all come up with.

Best of luck and looking forward to seeing this on my 360 sometime in the near future.

Hey this is Zeph, been a long time fan of Warmachine and Hordes and in school for game development myself, particularly wanting to make games on the Warmachine/Hordes/Iron Kingdoms line, so here's hoping that this game rocks and if it does then you may see my application when I graduate with my MS from the Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy.

Yes, a big thanks to Kevin and Scott talking with us Saturday night. Besides being informative it was nice to sit down and experience your own enthusiasm towards the miniature game and the Iron Kingdoms intellectual property as a whole.

I just finished uploading the latest episode (http://www.ironagenda.com/2009/08/27/episode-051-whitemoon-dreams-wm-video-game/) of Iron Agenda which includes the recording of the 50-minute discussion.

By the way, how are the dice rolling? ;)

I actually had a thread on the same topic a while back over on the privateer press boards (search 'skyydragonn') IIRC it was close to 15 pages last time i looked at it.

On a related note It might be a good idea to talk to matt or kevin over at Privateer about getting an announcement posted on the forums or homepage linking people to your boards here so other players who might be interested can find this site easier :)
It really would be ideal if more players of warmachine knew you guys existed and what you were planning for warmachine. Right now its rather difficult to find your site without prior knowledge that you've picked up the warmachine licence.

P.S. when can we get in on testing? I love pokin the nuts and bolts of Game systems :)
