I have no idea if this is 100% as there were some answers I just had to guess, I've also included where the information was found:
1. Where was The Canon of the True Law discovered?
Ancient Icthier - Iron Kingdoms World Guide/FoW: Protectorate of Menoth/Prime
2. How many gallons of water does a properly fueled Ironclad hold?
40 gallons - No Quarter Magazine 1
3. What is the fastest Khadoran ‘jack?
The Scrapjack (this one sent me on a wild goose chase through all my issues of No Quarter magazine) - Apotheosis
4. In the Kings, Nations, and Gods Campaign, whose side quest is "Dues Ex Machina"?
Commander Adept Sebastian Nemo - Escalation
5. What year was the Devil Dogs mercenary company founded?

Major Victoria Haley (eHaley)
Asheth Magnus
Captain Bartolo Montador
(various sources)
11. Which unit received the very first unit attachment?
Holy Zealots - Monolith Bearer (totally a guess) - it was one of four units in Escalation (Storm Blades/Iron Fang Pikemen/Holy Zealots/Necrosurgeon)
12. On which ship did Captain Shae serve before founding the Talion Charter?
MLS Exeter - FoW: Pirates of the Broken Coast
13. In the Witchfire Trilogy, what is the first type of enemies the characters face (not counting random encounters or DM-generated content)?

14. When is Black Sail Day, and where is it celebrated?
Goloven 14th, Five Fingers - Five Fingers: Port of Deceit
15. Who was company warcaster of the Thunderhelm Irregulars during their failed defense of Laedry in 605 AR?

I think I forgot to put the full name of the first cortex creator and just went with the fraternal order...

Oh wow! I actually won. That's awesome. The questions were definitely a challenge. I had to pour over a lot of obscure info in just about every book. Some of the stuff was even retconned, like the Devil Dogs founding date. I included both just in case.
The prosthetics one gave me a hard time. I figured Karchev was a good answer. He technically has a prosthetic body, considering what he's gone through.
